As Coast Roast Coffee prepares to close, all items are being offered at deeply discounted, final-season pricing. We truly appreciate your understanding that these conditions require a more limited return policy than usual.
Coffee is a perishable product and all coffee sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on coffee once it has shipped.
That said, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@coastroast.com When possible, include photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you quickly. We will review each issue on a case-by-case basis while inventory remains available.
All merchandise and non-perishable items are final sale during this final season and are not eligible for returns or refunds, including items purchased at a discount or as part of a promotion.
If your merchandise arrives damaged, defective, or missing, please notify us within 7 days of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

We are only able to offer replacements for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival. Replacement availability is limited and not guaranteed due to our closing inventory. If a replacement is not available, we may offer an alternative resolution at our discretion.
