Coffee is perishable, so we're unable to accept returns on coffee. But don't worry—we're here to help! We handle each situation case-by-case with the goal of making you happy. So if you’re not satisfied, contact us by email (email@example.com) or phone within 30 days of your purchase and we will work with you on providing a replacement product.
For everything else (non-perishable), please reach out to us within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All returned merchandise must be unused with all original packaging contents and include proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.
We only replace items if they are missing, defective or damaged. Contact us as soon as you notice your shipment is missing or damaged and we’ll have a replacement on its way to you in no time. For damaged shipments, let us know within 7 days. If possible, please send us a photo of the damaged item & box at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with you to correct the situation.
