1. Contact Coast Roast using the form below or emailing us with your event details and any initial label thoughts (colors, images, logos, wording, etc.).

2. We will work with you to finalize a custom design.

3. Choose your final design, coffee variety and quantities and shipping destination and date.

4. A detailed order will be sent to you for approval and payment.

5. Enjoy the results!

Our custom wedding bags will be 12 ounces of coffee in each bag.

Yes, there is a minimum order quantity of 12 bags (12 ounce bags) for each coffee
variety to you would like to purchase with a custom label.

Example: If you would like
to purchase both French Roast and Sumatra varieties, you must order 12 bags of
French Roast and 12 bags of Sumatra for a total order of 24 bags.

Absolutely! Our custom labels are available for use with all 16 varieties of organic Coast
Roast Coffee.

Yes, we offer grinding services! While whole bean coffee ensures the freshest and most flavorful cup, we understand that it might not be ideal for every gift recipient. We're happy to grind the coffee to your preferred grind size (e.g. drip, pour-over, French press, etc.) before packaging. Please note that a flat fee of $25 will be applied to the total order for this service.

Our custom wedding bags of organic coffee start at $18 each with discount tiers for volume orders. Please contact us below or by email to discuss in detail.

It's always best to start as soon as possible. We prefer at least four weeks to design, process and ship the order for your event. Once label designs have been finalized, order processing generally requires 2 business days and 1-5 business days for shipping. Arrangements can be made to expedite the process, contact us for details.
