    Nothing says fall quite like a warm, spiced latte. It’s time to skip the lines or the drive-thru and try this organic, naturally sweetened, easily dairy free & vegan pumpkin spice latte recipe. Using real pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spices and a hint of maple syrup blended right in for the creamiest fall flavored latte. Savor this seasonal favorite in your own kitchen.

    Ingredients

    • 2 shots Coast Roast organic espresso (or 1/2 cup strongly brewed Coast Roast organic coffee; use dark roast Decaf if prefer)
    • 1 cup organic milk of choice (oat milk froths beautifully)
    • 1–2 tbsp organic pumpkin purée (start with 1 tbsp)
    • 1–2 tbsp organic maple syrup (or honey/brown sugar as alternatives)
    • 1 tsp organic pumpkin pie spice (or DIY blend: 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/8 tsp nutmeg, 1/8 tsp ginger, 1/8 tsp cloves or allspice)
    • 1 tsp organic vanilla extract
    • Organic whipped cream (optional but recommended)

    Directions

    1. Warm the Milk- Pour milk into a small pot and heat over medium-low heat until it is hot and almost simmering, Be careful to not boil the milk.
    2. Mix the Base- Make your espresso or coffee and pour it into a large mug or glass mason jar. Mix in pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice and vanilla, stir until well combined.
    3. Froth the Milk- Use a milk frother to froth your milk for about 30 seconds or until foamy, then pour into the mug on top of the pumpkin espresso mixture. Reserve the extra foam to spoon it on top.
    4. Top & Enjoy- Top with whipped cream if you wanna make it extra special. Sprinkle with a little extra pumpkin spice or cinnamon.
